Fit
Will it fit my car?+
It is built for the rear bench of sedans, wagons, SUVs and dual-cab utes. The hard base spans the bench and bridges the footwell, and the side flaps hang over both rear doors. If your rear bench is unusually narrow or you drive a two-seat vehicle, message us before ordering and we will check the measurements with you.
Does it work with a 60/40 split seat?+
Yes. It sits on top of the folded-down or upright bench and straps to the front headrests, so the split makes no difference while it is fitted. To fold a seat down you lift the base out first, which takes a few seconds.
Can I still buckle my dog in?+
Yes. There are openings for the seat belt buckles so you can clip a travel harness through as normal. We recommend using a crash-tested harness on every trip.
How big a dog does it hold?+
The base is rated to 180 kg, which covers two large dogs comfortably. The limit in practice is the width of your bench, not the strength of the platform.
Using it
How long does it take to fit?+
About a minute. Straps loop over the two front headrests, the base unfolds across the bench, and the anchors pull it tight. Taking it out is just as quick when you need the seats back.
Does it slide around when the dog moves?+
No. The underside has a non-slip backing and the base is held at four points, so the platform stays put rather than swinging like a fabric hammock.
What is the mesh window for?+
It lets your dog see you and you see them. Most dogs settle faster when they are not sealed off behind a wall of fabric.
How do I clean it?+
Shake out the hair, then wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap — the 600D Oxford shell is waterproof, so mud and drool sit on top rather than soaking in. Air dry flat. Do not tumble dry, and remove the base panels before any deeper wash.

What does shipping cost?+
Shipping is free anywhere in Australia. Orders are packed within one business day and tracking is emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves.
Can I return it?+
Yes — 30 nights. Use it, let the dog use it, and if it is not right send it back for a full refund. It just needs to arrive back in resaleable condition.
Is there a warranty?+
Two years on stitching, straps, buckles and base panels. If something fails in normal use, we replace it.
What colours are available?+
Black only for now. It hides hair and mud better than anything else we tested.
