Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Australia. Orders are packed within one business day and tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves.

Delivery estimates start the day the parcel is collected, not the day you order. We ship within Australia only.

The 30-night trial

Fit it, drive with it, let the dog use it. If it is not right within 30 nights of delivery, contact us and we will arrange the return for a full refund of the purchase price.

Two-year warranty

Stitching, straps, buckles and base panels are covered for two years from delivery. If something fails in normal use, send us a photo and we will replace the kit or the part. Wear from claws, chewing or deliberate damage is not covered.
